KillHouse Games has announced a sequel to Door Kickers in a news post on Steam.
Called Door Kickers 2, the sequel will retain the top-down gameplay that made the original game a success. There will, however, be a big graphical upgrade as the series will switch to a 3D engine.
The developer has promised that more information will be announced on January 17th, which marks the three year anniversary of the announcement of the original game.
In related news, KillHouse Games also announced that Door Kickers has been picked up by publisher UIEG.DE. This means that a retail version of the game will be released next month.
