David Gaider announced via Twitter earlier today that this is his final day at BioWare.
Gaider first started working at BioWare back in 1999, writing small parts for Baldur's Gate 2, before then going on to write for a large number of games, including Knights of the Old Republic and the Neverwinter Nights series.
He is perhaps best known for his work on the Dragon Age series, however, and was lead writer for Dragon Age: Origins and also wrote several novels in the Dragon Age universe.
