Earlier today Capcom seemingly confirmed that a new Mega Man game may be in development. According to a report from Joystiq, however, Capcom had few details to provide with regards to the game.
Capcom's Brett Elston was reported as stating that the company is "not ready" to reveal the full game yet.
While this was seemingly good news for Mega Man fans, things quickly simmered down.
Brett Elston later tweet statied that the news from Pax East is by no means an official confirmation of the game's development. In his tweet Elston said there is no game announcement per se. Everything is still in a discussions only phase.
