Betrayer is the debut indie project from developer Blackpowder Games, which includes 'the creative team responsible for' the original F.E.A.R. and No One Lives Forever. A first person adventure game that takes place in the 17th century, the most striking thing about Betrayer is the art style:
You have to unravel the mysteries surrounding a colony that has been drained of all colour and life, and which is inhabited by ghosts and corrupted Conquistadors set on hunting you down. The game will feature a variety of 17th century weapons, including muskets, bows, crossbows, and throwing axes.
