The cheats for things like wanted level and parachute are the same except that in GTAV you substitute Up and Down for Right and Left respectively on the D pad with the SA cheats. Also the RB and RT are flipped as well as the LT and LB.
Some cheats have changed what they do.. for example I think it was max muscle from SA will give you Drunk mode in GTAV..
I have tried all of the old cheats with this and have not discovered anything new but consider this:
The weapons cheat #2 from SA ends with L,D,R,U,L,D,D,L (D pad). On GTAV this would translate to L,L,R,R,L,L,L,L Maybe they thought this was too many L's and changed it slightly.. the Key thing to remember is that they used San Andreas codes to base these known codes off of so it's possible they used a different variation to change the GOOD cheats. It just needs to be figured out. Look for patterns guys and good luck.
