A second Nintendo rumour has emerged today, this time from NeoGAF. The claim is that these images, which feature Palutena from Kid Icarus, show that she's a playable character (or Assist Trophy) in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. game.
Obviously, they could be fake. But Gaffers have been hard at working checking and state that the Mario in the image is not from any other image, the background is original, and it's not from the AR card. Taking all of that into account, the general conclusion seems be that it's true or, if it's fake then "It's some next level shit."
