Users over on NeoGAF are reporting that they're getting emails from retailers stating that their pre-order for Dark Souls II is being pushed back, from April 25th to May 2nd.
The e-mail reads as follows:
"Hello,
Unfortunately, the release date for the item(s) listed below was changed by the supplier, and we need to provide you with a new estimated delivery date based on the new release date:
"Dark Souls II - Black Armour Edition (PC CD)"
Estimated arrival date: May 02 2014"
GameKeysNow are also reporting that the digital version of the game is also being pushed back and that it is a worldwide delay.
