Sony and Ready at Dawn Studios have announced that they'll be delaying The Order: 1886 until Early 2015. Its original release window was late 2014.
The game, which is set in Victorian London and was set to be one of this year's holiday titles that would show off the PS4's prowess, has suffered something of a mixed reaction since gameplay videos and hands-on impressions entered the public domain.
The news was announced at the pre-E3 Sony Event in Santa Monica. Ru Weerasuriya told Eurogamer that the team "Want to hold true to something we've talked about in the past, which is delivering the experience without having this ebb and flow of: oh, this was really great and that was kind of meh, because we sacrificed a little time on it."
