It seems that you may be able to play as Red Hood in the upcoming Batman: Arkham Knight, if this image is to be believed.
The image looks convincing in and of itself, but there's more to indicate that this is actually going to happen. GameStop Tweeted a blurred out image of what seems to be Red Hood, along with the teaser "Big announcement for a big game tomorrow...".
