Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns has been officially announced, following on from rumours of its existence that began earlier this month.
Heart of Thorns is the first expansion for Guild Wars 2 and features a new Mastery system that allows for more end-game progression, new enemies and boss battles, new maps, additional events, quest lines and group content, a new profession, an extra PvP mode, and much more besides.
