Frenzy is a small and sneaky Decepticon with incredible espionage and sabotage skills, but he excels at causing chaos and carnage. He's exceptionally hard to kill, due to his de-centralized and modular nervous system, meaning that even if he gets his head severed he can still function. In addition to this, he's equipped with a hyper-reactive trans-scanning and reformatting system, allowing him to changing from one thing to another as needed.
