Akira Yuki is the mascot of Sega's video game series, Virtua Fighter. He uses the Bajiquan fighting style (called Hakkyoku-ken in Japanese), which is ruthless and direct. A perfectionist, going to no end to perfect his fighting style, he seeks out stronger opponents to test his own techniques, finding the flaws within them so he can improve.
Appearing in every main Virtua Fighter game, with his first appearance being in the original Virtua Fighter in 1993, he is also one of three Virtua Fighter characters featured in Dead or Alive 5. Additionally, he appears in Fighters Megamix, Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing, and Project X Zone.
