Mr. Abramovici, referred to as Mr. Hammer, is the once-conjoined twin of Sickle and is one of the major Joker thugs. Despite having one arm, Mr. Hammer is one of the most powerful Joker minions. He becomes rivals with Sickle when Sickle leaves Joker's gang to join The Penguin.
