Maya is one of four main characters in Borderlands 2. Her class is the Siren, which is a group of 6 women with amazing powers. She carries a book on her left thigh, although it is not known why. Her main ability is Phaselock, which locks an enemy in another dimension, rendering them immobile for a short time.
