Helena Harper is a playable character in Capcom's Resident Evil 6 and an agnet for the United States Secret Service and former CIA agent.
During the Presidents speech in Tall Oaks, at which he was to reveal the truth behind the Raccoon City incident, Helena was blackmailed into compromising his security and allowing the city to be infected. Teaming up with DSO agent Leon S. Kennedy, Helena promises to explain the truth and get revenge on Derek C. Simmons.
