CFW Judge is a villian in Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 and the personification of game creators who have given up after their game didn't sell well.
As a devout follower of the Arfoire Movement and a member of the Four Felons, he fights Compa and IF when they go to rescue the Goddesses. After failing to defeat him the first time, only being able to rescue Nepgear, the girls return later and defeat him in order to release the Goddesses.
