James Barrett was the Colonel of the Concord miltia and the town's representative in the Boston legislature in Assassin's Creed III. Although sceptical at first of Connor Kenway's ability to help in the battle in the battle of Lexington and Concord, a letter from John Parker, along with William Dawes Jr.'s word, convinced him to let Connor lead Concord to victory against the redcoats.
