Monsoon is a Cyborg Ninja and a member of Desperado Enforcement PMC. He is part of the Winds of Destruction group alongwith Sundowner and Mistral, and is named after the seasonal weather system that occurs in West Africa and Asia-Australia.
Monsoon has the ability to magnetically dislocate his whole body to attack from a distance, and fights with twin Sais called “Dystopia", which are enhanced via magnetic fields.
