Genjuro Kazamatsuri is the father of Fuka Kazamatsuri, the creator of both Desco and DES X, and a minor character in Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten. When Valvatorez and the group return to the human world, Genjuro is shocked to see Desco and Fuka, who he is sure died. It is revealed that he is working alongside Nemo, using his funding to research and create DES X, and that his only intention was to create a little sister for Fuka that could help her take over the world.
