Outworld Devourer (previously called Outworld Destroyer) is a character found in the video game Dota 2. He is a ranged intelligence hero who fights for the Dire faction.
He is that rare beast – an intelligence carry. Typically played in the mid lane role, he is almost always able to convincingly win his lane and snowball from there, dishing out huge amounts of DPS based on his intelligence gain and mana pool.
