Javier Salazar is a character from Call of Duty: Black Ops II, where he is a member of the Navy SEALs, working under David Mason. Salazar grew up in Nicaragua, where he saw Raul Menendez's rise to power. He would later join the United States military, but would really be working for Cordis Die and Menendez. Depending on the player choice, Salazar is either killed or arrested.
