General Rooster is one of the twelve generals that serve under the Moon Bear King in Puppeteer. He is extremely narcissistic and likes to show off, always taking any chance to spread his plumage so everyone can see. He tends to enjoy teatime with General Rabbit over his orders from the Moon Bear King, although he is certainly loyal to him.
