General Rat is one of the twelve generals that serve under the Moon Bear King in Puppeteer. He is a shady and corrupt salesman that swindles everyone in the Moonwood, tricking them into buying poison and thinking it's medicine. He has a complex about his size and will even throw away his allegiance to the Moon Bear King, should he come across an opponent who outmatches him. He also dislikes General Snake, since he is a natural predator of rats.
