Hera Visari is the Chancellor and leader of the Helghast people on Vekta in Killzone: Shadow Fall. She is the daughter of Scolar Visari and is first seen in Killzone 3, standing near her father as he gave a speech in the introduction. Thirty wars after Helghan is destroyed, she leads the Helghast Sector on Vekta.
