Jeffrey "OG Loc" Cross is a character from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He grew up on Grove Street, along with the rest of the Grove Street Families gang. He had always wanted to join the gang, despite lacking the physical credentials. This turned him to his newest dream of becoming a gangsta rap superstar, which caused him to change his name to OG Loc and try to commit crimes to land himself in prison, causing his street cred to rise.
At the beginning of the game, OG Loc was in prison and upon release, his first priority was to kill Freddy, a member of the Los Santos Vagos gang. OG Loc said that he was "disrespected" by Freddy while in prison, although dialog suggested that he was raped by him. With the help of Carl Johnson, Madd Dogg's career was ruined by OG Loc and he would eventually becoming an uprising rapper.
It wasn't until after The Green Sabre that OG Loc would get a record contract, thanks to Big Smoke. He uses Madd Dogg's rhyme book to record an album, as well as open up a clothing line. After CJ helps Madd Dogg recover, OG Loc was chased down and eventually stopped, with his fate left up to the player on whether he lived or died.
