Penelope is a character that was in Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves and Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time.
She is highly intelligent, either being close or as smart as Bentley. At first, she seemed to have only eyes for Sly, but as time went on, she ended up having feelings and falling in love with Bentley.
