Neyla has appeared only in Sly 2: Band of Thieves.
Neyla had met Arpeggio prior to the events of the game, and both came up with the plan of stealing the Clockwerk parts using the Klaww Gang's resources. She had plans with the Clockwerk parts, since she knew what they could do, which she kept hidden from Arpeggio. She kept constant tabs on Sly and his gang, following him to Paris and revealing that she knew the Clockwerk parts are dangerous, which earned the trust of Sly, since he thought she would help destroy them.
BETRAYAL
Neyla next went to India, where Rajan was stationed. It was here that Neyla betrayed the Cooper gang, as well as framing Carmelita, saying she was a traitor to Interpol. Sly, Murray and Carmelita were all taken by The Contessa, with Sly and Murray being rescued by Bentley. The Contessa was Neyla's next target, who she knew was a member of the Klaww Gang.
Neyla waited until the Cooper gang got rid of The Contessa, which prompted her to break into the tower and stole one of Clockwerk's Eyes. This was the point where she revealed her allegiance to Arpeggio. She ended up losing the eye when Sly chased after her. Eventually, in Canada, Jean Bison stole all of the Clockwerk parts and gave them to Arpeggio. While on his blimp, Neyla betrayed Arpeggio and entered the Clockwerk frame, becoming Clock-La and killing Arpeggio.
With her new powers and Dimitri's help of feeding Paris a special spice that caused a lot of hatred, which is what fuels Clockwerk. Carmelita reluctantly teams up with Sly in order to defeat Clock-La. During the battle, Clock-La grabbed the hangar that Murray and Bentley were in, knowing Sly would give chase. Sly landed on Clock-La, besting her in combat, and defeated her.
Murray and Bentley now try to destroy the Hate Chip, Clockwerk's main source of power, but Bentley is crushed by Clock-La's beak, permanently losing use of his legs. In the end, Carmelita destroys the Hate Chip, which makes all of the Clockwerk parts deteriorate, eliminating both Clockwerk and Neyla permanently.
