Constable Neyla is a NPC in Sly 2: Band of Thieves. Players first meet her at the beginning of the game, when they are caught in the museum by Carmelita Fox, and they learn that she is working with Carmelita. While Carmelita accuses Sly of stealing the Clockwerk parts, Neyla believes that it was the work of a group called the Klaww Gang.
Neyla grew up a poor child in New Delhi and scammed her way into an exclusive British university. While there, she used her strong powers of persuasion to create a homework ring of other students to do her work for her. When the ring was broken and she was discovered, the authorities were so impressed with her skills that they offered her a job at Interpol. They believed she could "get inside the head of the criminal element."
