General Tsao is a character and boss from Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves.
Tsao comes from a long line of family that was considered vile and cruel. He values his family line over most everything else, so he decided to look for a suitable mate from a bloodline he thought was worthy enough for him. This led him to kidnap Jing King, the daughter of Panda King, and try to force her to marry him.
General Tsao is a very powerful person in combat, matching Sly in speed and power. He also has access to the black arts, which is evidenced by the fact he summoned vampires during one of the jobs, as well as some of his abilities in combat.
Tsao managed to trick the Cooper Gang and enter their safehouse, stealing the ThiefNet computer. In a battle that took place in a sacrd battleground, Sly won and got the computer back in the process. He showed a lot of resourcefulness, as well as knowledge, although he didn't realize that Jing King had already been rescued. In the end, he was arrested by Carmelita Fox, who was posing as Jing King and placed in jail.
