Panda King is a boss in Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus, and a playable character in Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves.
He was born as a poor kid on the streets of China and was always fascinated by the fireworks set off by the nobles every New Year. As he grew up, he ended up spending a decade to learn how to make fireworks. He tried to sell them to the nobles, but they couldn't see past his poor status and chased him away. This made him mad and he used the fireworks he created for crime, and ended up joining the Fiendish Five as their demolitions expert.
