Cesar Vialpando is a major character from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He is the boyfriend of Sweet and CJ's sister, Kendl Johnson, as well as being the leader of the Varrios Los Aztecas gang. While CJ doesn't approve of Cesar at first, he eventually becomes his best friend and helps him out greatly in getting back on his feet after CJ's exile from Los Santos.
