Catalina is a character that appears in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas as a supporting character and in Grand Theft Auto III as the main antagonist. She is the cousin of Cesar Vialpando and ends up having a relationship with Carl Johnson and Claude.
She is considered reckless and psychotic, turning on anyone who she thinks gets in her way, which comes to light when she shoots Claude at the beginning of GTAIII. Chronologically, her first appearance was in San Andreas, when she met with CJ at the recommendation of Cesar. After they split ways, she met Claude and would eventually go with him to Liberty City, where she betrayed him and begins working as the leader of the Colombian Cartel.
