Michael "Mike" Toreno is a character from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He is an undercover agent from an unknown government agency, going undercover as a drug supplier for the Loco Syndicate in San Fierro. He is presumed dead after his helicopter was shot out of the sky, but it turns out he wasn't in the chopper. Carl Johnson ended up doing a series of dangerous jobs for Mike, which led to his brother Sweet getting released from prison early. Toreno isn't seen after telling CJ to pick up his brother.
