Doctor Thomas Elliot aka Hush was a childhood friend on Bruce Wayne. He later ended up murdering his parents and growing to hate Bruce Wayne, searching for ways to enact revenge. In Arkham City, he begins murdering inmates and stealing parts of their faces to change his appearance into that of Bruce Wayne.
