Seraph Lamington is the High Seraph of Celestia, the world of the angels, and one of the primary antagonist of Disgaea: Hour of Darkness. Lamington originally sent Flonne to the Netherworld to assassinate King Krichevskoy, unknown to him that the king was already dead. Although Flonne admires him, it soon becomes apparent that he was involved in the EDF's invasion of the Netherworld and the party decides to confront him.
Lamington is mature and calm, the polar opposite of Laharl, and never raises his voice to anyone. Flonne describes him as a kind and gentle man who loves flowers and poetry, turning his enemies into flowers as punishment.
