Maria Latore is a character from the Grand Theft Auto series of games. She is the wife of Salvatore Leone, although the two have had a rocky relationship. Maria met him while she was a waitress at Caligula's Casino in San Andreas. Before the events of Grand Theft Auto III, she is separated from Salvatore and ends up getting addicted to drugs.
During this time, she cheats on Salvatore but will eventually get back together with him, only because of his money. It is here that she meets Claude, the main protagonist of GTA3, mentioning to Salvatore that she is in a relationship with Claude, with Salvatore attempting to kill him. This leads to events where Maria has Salvatore killed and she continues this "relationship" with Claude.
