on my fifa i am pompey managerpompey rule and what i have done is got my managerial level up left pompey and discovered that when your managerial exp is over lvl 10 you can manage any club you desire i hope this helps
ps also buy crouch he has a low lvl but he is an outstanding goal scorer trust me i know
