inSANE is an upcoming survival horror video game being directed by film director Guillermo del Toro. It was originally planned as the first part of a trilogy to be published by THQ, prior to that company's financial difficulties.
Although cancelled by THQ, del Toro is hopeful that the project can still be developed and ultimately published by another company.
