Deck of 52

The Deck of 52 is the codename given to the 52 people that the Allies note as the most dangerous ones. It is modeled after an American deck of cards, complete with each person being assigned one of the cards in the deck. The face cards (Jack, Queen and King) are a part of the contracts for the various factions, while the Aces are part of the big missions at the end of each suit.

Merchant of Menace

The Merchant of Menace is your one-stop shop for almost anything you need to take down those pesky North Koreans, from airstrikes to vehicles and even supply drops. It is set up by the Russian Mafia and unlocks after finishing Foothold. The items will be unlocked as you complete contracts, as well as when you collect Blueprints and National Treasures. The prices on the items seem to vary based on your standing with the Mafia, so an average of those prices will be listed below.
