To obtain these costumes story wise tou must be past the events in the story where you save the princess of Meltokio. You must also be passed the events in flanoir. Once your this far go back to Zelos's mansion and speak with the butler sebastian. Afterwards go to the castle in Meltokio where you will get a new title and costume for lloyd (Nobleman) This will then transfer you to a reception hall where a scene will take place allowing the player a chance at the following costumes.
