The Mountain area is the final area in The Witness. It features the highest peak in the game and is the location at which you fire a laser when you complete each group of puzzles.
The mountain is surrounded by a force field which can only be removed by completing five of the seven groups of puzzles. Once removed you will have access to the mountain area.
