As you travel through dungeons and defeat various Pokémon, you will get a special badge which appears on the top left screen and be accessible from the bottom screen.
This unlocks the Everyone Attack mode. This differs slightly depending on your Pokémon but when activated, will blow all the Pokémon in the area away, usually defeating them.
After the battle, you can increase your Pokémon's stats, which is based on the stats of your lead Pokémon
