Set a year before the events of Young Justice, Invasion in Febuary 2015, the team of young superheroes find themselves sent to an area in Santa Prisca. Finding themselves fighting spider bots created by Lex Luthor and League of Shadows, they fight their way forward to find even more challenges awaiting them.
Ahead of them awaits Bane, guarding a door into this place. From here, events unfold that brings to light the changes seen in later episodes of Young Justice. Where did their powers come from that seemed to have just sprung up? Why did some leave and others stay?
These questions and others are answered through the various stories as you play through the game to find the villians that stand in your way in the hidden boss that awaits you and your teammates arrival.
