The walkthrough for Chapter 13 deals with the Normal Ending for the game, but there is also a True Ending, which has a few prerequisites that must be met first. Note that the True Ending can be achieved on the first playthrough, but it might be best to save it for a New Game+, since you retain items, Charm Levels and plenty other things.
The first one is that every Moe form for Syrma must be at Charm Level 15. This is easily done by getting 300% Planet Energy in all areas you visit, although some are not possible to achieve. However, if you wait until a second playthrough, the Shampurus you receive from getting 300% should be more than enough to get Charm Level 15 for all forms.
If not, then you can go to Mugen Field (the Slumbering Boss freeze glitch is still active at the time of this posting) and use Peon Change to get more Shampurus. Additionally, the earlier worlds are good and easy enough to Peon Change the enemies for more Shampurus.
Once you have the Charm Levels at 15 for each form, you're going to need enough Bronze Tickets (10 total) to open up the Rest Stops for Mugen Field at floors 30 and 60. These tickets can be gotten from certain chests, from Challenges and you can even get a free DLC pack (Overwhelming Ticket Set) from that PS Store that gives you 10 free Bronze Tickets.
Mugen Field Cutscenes
With everything done above, it's time to start diving into the Mugen Field, with the first visit required during Chapter 4 to Chapter 7. This is because you need to reach the Rest Stop at floor 10 in order to view one of the events before finishing Chapter 7, which causes it to disappear until the next playthrough.
This scene involves the Sadist form of Chou-Chou, but there will be other events that need triggered before that one appears (you can trigger them one after another in a row). After you trigger this scene with the Sadist form before the end of Chapter 7, you can continue the main story until you reach Chapter 13.
As soon as the chapter starts, DO NOT visit Ivory World yet and head straight to the Mugen Field. You need to venture down to the Rest Stop at level 30 and view all of the events there involving Chou-Chou's forms. If you get to level 30, make sure you save at the Rest Stop, since you need to do the same thing on the level 60 Rest Stop (view all events there).
True Ending Fights
Once you have viewed all of the scenes with Chou-Chou's forms on level 30 and 60 in the Mugen Field, you can exit and go back to G-Castle. If you've done everything right, then there should be an event icon on the top level. Trigger this and you will have to fight the Sun Goddess.
BOSS: Sun Goddess
---
Both the Sun Goddess and her friendly help, Maximum Weapon, are level 115 and the large crystal will likely have some detrimental effects to hinder your chances of victory (HP Damage, SP Cost Up and Ultimate Soul Unusable). You'll see why it might be important to quickly take out the large crystal. As for skills, Sun Goddess has two that can inflict Death (Chasing Beam and Delta Strike), both of which are multi-target. She also has a Conditional Skill that restores her HP by around 7,777 for each turn that comes around, as well as another that grants her 100% accuracy once PP reaches 100 or more. Now, Maximum Weapon is the bigger threat and should be targeted first, due to its one Conditional Skill, Perfect Evasion. This allows all physical and magic attacks to miss if PP goes above 100, meaning all attacks will miss (although Ultimate Soul still hits). It also has the 100% accuracy Conditional, as well as one single target Death-inflicting skill (Genocide Braver). With powerful enough weapons, it should be easy to get rid of Maximum Weapon (75,000 HP) before its one skill kicks in and allows it to dodge everything. If not, then you WILL have to destroy the large crystal and then use a Ultimate Soul on it, which will likely kill it in one hit due to the Charm Levels.
If you triggered and defeated Sun Goddess, you are now on the True Ending path. Now, go to Ivory World and proceed as directed in Chapter 13 until you get to Hamal Ruins and have to fight Ace again.
BOSS: Ace
---
If you've done the Normal Ending already, then this battle plays out similarly to that one, except Ace and his dragon are level 125 now. The 60 turn limit is still in effect, so you're going to need to deal a lot of big damage quick, since you have two enemies to kill. Ace has a slight weakness to Graceful attacks, while his dragon has a slight weakness to Hyper ones. As mentioned in the Normal Ending walkthrough, Ace and his dragon has a multi-target skill that can inflict Death, called Chaos Meteor Cross, but it only hits around them, so don't bunch characters together. They both have a new skill called Supreme Dragon Slash, which hits a single target for good damage. Ace also has a new Death-inflicting skill called Genocide Braver (Maximum Weapon in the Sun Goddess fight had it, too), but it only hits a single target. The biggest problem is Ace's one Conditional Skill, which allows him to negate the first attack before his next turn, so don't waste SP and use a regular attack if you can.
After the battle, some scenes will play out that will lead into the Finale Chapter.
