A race of ape-like people, originally resembling humans, the Vestigi-Evo Process has allowed them to evolve intellectually whilst devolving physically. All Apex are subject to the Vestigi-Evo Process. The Apex serve together under a collective called MiniKnog. MiniKnog researches/experiments to improve the Vestigi-Evo Process.
