Pillars of Eternity - Cipher

Ciphers are primarly magic users, and they are able to manipulate other people's souls.  They will need another person as an anchor for their skills.

Ciphers have two confirmed abilities:

• Mind Jab - A power that has low damage to start, but builds up over time.
• Focus - Powers up the Cipher's abilities
