Dragons & Titans is a MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) game, consisting of match-based combat where your team must eliminate the enemy using the available heroes, items, spells and environmental advantages. The game begins each match with picking a Dragon and a weapon, which dictates the players initial skill. Two teams of dragon riders start on opposite ends of the map and tasked with releasing their titan, captive in each team’s base, by taking down the enemy defenses and seize critical points throughout the map.
Dragons
Before you start a match, you must pick a Dragon. Dragons are the characters you use to fight against the enemy. You can only control one of them during a match, but you can choose another when playing a new match.
Roles
Each dragon can fulfill a role within the team, depending on its stats: attack, defense, support, difficulty and health.
Price
Dragons are unique and have to be purchased individually for in-game use. You receive currency after each match that you can use to purchase Dragons. However, a feature called "Free Rotation" allows you to pick from several Dragons without having to purchase them.
Skins
You can also purchase Dragon Skins which serve only aesthetically, giving you no advantages against other Dragons.
Weapons
The second thing before a match is that you must pick a weapon for your Dragon. Weapons are also unique and work best when paired with the right Dragon. Each weapon has two skills and needs to be purchased for use. Just as with the Dragons, the Free Rotation offers you the option to use for free a few Weapons every week.
Skills
The last things you must pick for your Dragon are the Skills. These abilities are not bound to your hero and can be selected before every match to suit your playstyle. They are free, but you can only select from the available Skills for each dragon.
Runes
As you play the game, you will be able to bind Runes to your account, giving your Dragons unique advantages over others. Runes can be purchased as packs of 3.
Game Modes
Tutorial
You can play two tutorials to learn playing the game: Basic Tutorial and Advanced Tutorial. Each will teach you how to play the game starting from the simple things to the most complicated.
Single Player
A Single Player match consists of a 5vs5 battle where all Dragons except yours are controlled by the Computer AI.
Multiplayer
You can match with other players in two ways:

Player vs. Player (PvP): Play ranked with and against other players;

Cooperative (Co-Op): Team up with other players and play against the Computer AI.
Winning the Game
You will win a match if your team destroys all the enemy structures. This can be achieved through the following pattern: Level Up, Evolve, Destroy Structures.
Dragon Lord
Your game account has a few features that define your position among other players: Ranks, Stats, Achievements, Masteries, Recent Matches. In Dragons & Titans, your account has a Dragon Lord bound it, a representation of your progress through a character.
Rank
Rank is your current Dragon Lord level and increases by gathering Experience Points. You can earn XP Points by playing matches (either Single Player or Multiplayer). Higher rank will unlock more rune slots and will put you to fight against more advanced players.
Grades
After each game, your teammates can mark you as one of the following:
- Friendly: You are polite with other players
- Helpful: You helped players in need
- Teamwork: You played great as a team and cooperated with your allies
- Sportsmanship: You do not ragequit when get defeated
