First you will need to pick up scissors that are lying next to the plant and cut the poster. Notice the order of colours above the bars. Now count the number of coloured dots and input the number of coloured dots according to that order.
Dark Red = 5
Brown = 2
Yellow = 3
Blue = 1
Green = 3
Press the keypad and input 52313 and press ok. This should unlock the bars and allow you to proceed to the next level.
