In this puzzle you need to get all the lights to be on at the same time. To do so you need to follow this order:
press the 1st switch, then the 3rd switch, then the 4th switch and then the one in your inventory(that's the one on the right). This should switch all the lights on and you will be able to proceed to the next level.
