Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone is a music and rhythm game developed by Sega and released on PlayStation 4. It is available digitally as a free demo, which only has two songs to play, and has two large paid DLC packs that contains over 200 tracks (Colorful Tone and Future Sound). The game plays similarly to the arcade version of Project Diva and even has online leaderboards.

Song List
As with any Hatsune Miku game (and any rhythm and music one, for that matter), the most important aspect is the songs that you get to play. While the free demo only contains two songs (Weekender Girl and 1/6 -out of the gravity-), there are two DLC packs for purchase that has over 200 songs total called Colorful Tone and Future Sound.
Modules
Modules are basically costumes for the various Vocaloids, with there being a lot of them for each one. There are a few Modules unlocked already, but all other ones will require you to purchase them with the VP you receive upon finishing songs. Also, the free demo only has a few Modules, so you'll need to purchase either Futre Sound and/or Colorful Tone to get the rest of them.
